On the top-right click New

Choose the proper School Year > Check both boys and girls in filter > Select the Grade level > Choose sheet “Attendance iSEED"

Name the file for download > on the top right click Save then Request sheets

Extract the zip file in file explorer, then open the excel file

The middle row can be written as reference/ filled with color for date and day (this will not be read in the system).

The system will only read the data in Absent and Tardy column (in numbers) for each month sheet (on the bottom)

After finish editing on the excel file, save it, and upload it to the “Submit attendance” in the portal main page

On the top right click new

Select the proper the proper grade level in section, and for each of the months you could use the same excel file edited > Click save on top right.

Click “Click here to upload” to attach the file > submit

If everything is correct click on the top right Submit button and permanently submit. Now repeat for the remaining months.

If there is an error/revision the submitted attendance should be cancelled > drop down Menu> delete and upload the new one.

Click on New at the top right

Check both boys and girls> Select Grade level 1-10 > Select the sheet > “iSEED Conduct Sheet” > purpose: For Conduct. After that on the top right click save then request sheets.

Extract and open the file > Input the letter grade for each habit. After finishing then save the file.

After the encoded file is ready, go back to the menu and select submit conduct icon

Click New on the top right

Choose the correct Semester/Quarter and Grade section > Click Save on the top right

Upload the edited file > Click Submit

After logging in, click on the Spreadsheets icon to generate the grading sheet.

Check the school year > Tick both Boys & Girls in the Filter Gender > Select the specific grade level

Select the sheet for the specific subject (ex: Grading sheet for English subject) >
Purpose: For Academic Subjects (grading), For conduct sheet (for growth in habits and attitudes & Preschool grading), For Other (Attendance sheet)

Grading Subject should correspond with the subject chosen > Filename will be the name of the file when you download

After everything is correct, click save and then request sheets

File will be downloaded as zip file, extract the document using WinRAR or similar program “Extract here” to immediately bring out the file

Inputting Grades

The generated grading sheet can be used for the whole semester/school year. Each generated sheet will have their own details as seen the middle. Girl students can be seen when scrolled down.

When adding grades make sure to input the “HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE” (ex: 100). The row above it can be used for reference/notes.

Fill the marks and on the bottom left make sure the semester you want to input is correct

After saving the changes > Upload the file in the Submit grades icon at iSEED portal

Click new on the top right

Choose correct School year & Semester > Check both boys and girls and click save

Click “Click here to upload” > Browse the grading sheet file > Leave the public box unticked > lastly click attach

After attaching file click Actions and select “for Approval” for class adviser to approve. It should look something like this if it’s not a duplicate.

Click New on the top-right.

Make sure the School Year is correct, Check both Boys and Girls. Then Select the level, for Bright Beginnings: Nursery – Kindergarten 2

Select the sheet for Bright Beginnings: “Bright Beginnings Grading Sheet (Conduct)”. The Purpose will automatically be For Conduct. Then input a file name. After that click save and request sheets in the top right.

File will be downloaded as a Zip file. Kindly extract the excel file.

Open the excel file and input grading. There are 4 sheets which indicates the semester/quarters in the bottom left. For Nursery/preschool we grade using the letters P (Progressing), M (most of the time), S (some of the time) & N (not yet) same with the report card.

After everything is done save the edited file and upload in Submit conduct icon at the main page.

In the Submit conduct page click New on the top right to submit the grades.

Pick the correct Semester/Quarter [must upload one by one for each semester], choose a Section (Nursery – Preschool) make sure it is the correct school year. Then click save.

After clicking save > click Upload and attach the edited file. Make sure the tiny box under public is not ticked.

After attaching the file click submit

After submitting it should look something like this if it’s not a duplicate

To check the Bright Beginnings report card search “Bright Beginnings Preschool Report Card”

Pick Section (Nursery – Preschool), select a student and enter a date. After that Click the drop-down Menu and select print
